We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to support our growing international workforce. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and compliance support for remote teams, with a primary focus on Germany-based hiring and operations.

Remote Engagement

Remote engagement, ideal for HR professionals who are experienced in working with distributed teams and international hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and documentation
  • Assist in performance management processes and monthly evaluations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and talent requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ~2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Executive
  • ~ Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • ~ Experience handling remote or international teams (preferred)
  • ~ Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools
