Formación

📢 In CTGE we are looking for an Reception & Attendance Specialist to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks :

Chinese Delegation management
  • Providing information and itinerary preparation before the arrival of delegations.
  • Responsible for arranging vehicles, accommodation, dining, etc. required for the reception of delegations.
  • Coordinating and supporting relevant departments during the delegations' stay in Europe.
  • Responsible for relevant budget application and subsequent reimbursement work in our SAP system.
  • Responsible for recording and archiving relevant information after the reception of delegations.
  • Other administrative work related.
Apartment management
  • Responsible for searching for and visiting flats for the company, when necessary.
  • Negotiate with real estate agencies or landlords about the rental conditions.
  • Coordinate with departments on the contracts and payment.
  • Liaise with cleaning companies to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of both collective and individual apartments.
  • Assist in handling reimbursement processes related to delegation reception, apartment management, and other relevant affairs.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Communication, Administration, or any relevant discipline / equivalent work experience.
  • Chinese (Native - C2), Spanish (Advanced - C1) and English (Advanced - B2 / C1) .
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a related position.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
