A leading medtech innovator is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for their manufacturing site in Valencia, Spain. Drive excellence in quality management and compliance at the local plant. You’ll ensure adherence to ISO standards, lead audits, manage customer complaints with robust root cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This is a leadership role where your expertise will shape processes, inspire teams, and safeguard customer trust.
Develop, implement, and maintain a compliant QMS aligned with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Oversee document control, corrective / preventive actions, and continuous improvement processes.
Define inspection and testing protocols to ensure product quality.
Monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Audit suppliers, evaluate performance, and enforce quality standards across the supply chain.
Lead initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Manage complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Stay current with regulations and certifications.
Coordinate audits, address findings, and maintain full compliance.
Mentor and guide the quality team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Proven track record in quality management within industrial manufacturing.
ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Spanish & English – professional proficiency.
Analytical mindset, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.
