• Has proven sales experience, ideally within real estate or a similar customer‑focused industry
• Speaks fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Has strong knowledge of the Costa Cálida and surrounding areas
• Is a people person — skilled at building trust and long‑term relationships
• Works independently, with strong motivation and a results‑driven mindset
• Enjoys meeting clients, attending local events, and networking within the community
