Una empresa internacional de ingeniería busca un Ingeniero de Proyectos Intermedio en Barcelona. Este puesto involucra la gestión de proyectos industriales desde la planificación hasta la entrega final, incluyendo la comunicación con clientes, el desarrollo de cronogramas y la supervisión de equipos técnicos. Se requiere 3 a 5 años de experiencia, así como fluidez en español e inglés, y conocimientos en herramientas como MS Project y AutoCAD. Ofrecen contrato permanente y capacitación especializada.

Formación

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en proyectos industriales, preferiblemente en alimentos/bebidas/vida saludable.
• Fluidez en español e inglés; francés o alemán es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente en todas las fases del proyecto.
• Desarrollar cronogramas detallados del proyecto y supervisar el progreso.
• Gestionar presupuestos de proyectos de entre €2M y €30M.

Now, we are looking for a Intermediate Project Engineer in our office in Barcelona, Spain.

What is the role About?

We are looking for an engineer with experience as Project Engineer with experience in industrial projects from the planning phase to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout all project phases.
• Present progress reports to clients and senior management, including recommendations for improvement strategies.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project schedules, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee efficient and cohesive project execution.

Lead or actively participate in project teams, adapting to the needs of each initiative.

Budget & Cost Management

• Manage project budgets ranging between €2M and €30M.

Optimize costs while maintaining quality and meeting project objectives.

Engineering Scope & Technical Oversight

• Manage projects involving new production lines, major packaging and bottling changes, and feasibility studies.
• Interface with Architecture, Engineering, Logistics, Sustainability, Digitalization, and Consulting teams to align technical and strategic goals.

Possess working knowledge of civil works, building utilities, and process utilities.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry legislation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks proactively.

Permitting & Procurement

• Experience in permitting and procurement processes is considered an asset and contributes to smoother project development cycles.

Qualifications

Education: Industrial/Civil/Chemical engineer.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on industrial projects. Experience in Food / Beverages / Engineering companies / Life Sciences.

Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, and French or German is an asset.

Specific Knowledge: PC-literate MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint applications, MS Project, AutoCAD.

Driver License B.

Key Skills: Analytical and problem‑solving skills; organization and time management; multidisciplinary team management; effective communication with stakeholders.

Location

Barcelona with availability to travel up to 60‑80% time, depending on project needs.
