As Product Manager in the Operations at Airports portfolio, you will responsible for all aspects regarding a product within the portfolio.
You will be responsible for delivering the strategic, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives for the assigned product(s). This role is pivotal in defining and executing the strategy to drive revenue and profitability in alignment with SITAs strategic plans, while managing the product lines performance throughout its lifecycle.
Reporting to the Product Director, you will join the AMS Product Management team, overseeing the development, maintenance, and evolution of all Airport Management Solutions products. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and the development team, you will set priorities and guide the product roadmap to ensure customer expectations are met.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining all supporting materials, such as sales presentations, marketing collateral, training resources, and deployment guidelines. Additionally, you will ensure the financial health of the product in accordance with the approved business case.
