We are looking for a Process Manager to join their team and assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify process improvement opportunities and support the execution of process management initiatives, with a strong focus on integrating work instructions and managing the knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping and analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document process workflows.
• Work closely with content owners to ensure effective content curation and creation processes for the knowledge base (KB).
• Integrate work instructions into processes to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, particularly in relation to AI-assisted knowledge management.
• Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive process changes.
• Document process changes and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of updates.
• Assist in training staff on new processes, work instructions, and best practices for utilizing the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and software.
• Understanding of AI-assisted tools and their application in knowledge bases is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
• English fluent, international environment.
