What you can expect

VatServices, the employing company, is part of the DKV Mobility Group and specializes in providing comprehensive financial and advisory services to companies engaged in international road transport across Europe. Our expertise includes toll management, tax recovery. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to contribute to our mission of excellence and customer satisfaction. The following exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for field sales
  • Proactively contact and communicate with leads and prospects via phone and email
  • Conduct the first contact to prospects to identify opportunities
  • Give detailed information about core DKV Mobility and VatServices products and services
  • Generate and nurture leads independently
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information and hand‑over to field sales
  • Manage requests and correspondence from purchased databases
  • Use and maintain the CRM system and ensure accurate tracking and correction the data quality
  • Participate in specific promotional events (fairs, events)
What makes you stand out

  • Previous experience in a sales or telesales role
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • English - min B2 level
  • Proficient in MS Office (preferably Office 365 / Teams)
