Customer Care Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Polish and English-speaking clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your main duties will include answering customer calls and emails, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish and English-speaking clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to work full-time in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria
