A growing SaaS company in Madrid is looking for a Platform Onboarding Consultant fluent in English. This role requires supporting technical pre-sales, managing tenders, and engaging with customer technical stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding across multiple European markets. Ideal candidates will have up to 5 years of experience in technical roles, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of modern SaaS and cloud architectures. We are currently looking for a Platform Onboarding Consultant, located in Madrid and fluent in English, to join our regional Customer Onboarding team. In this role, you will support technical pre‑sales, tenders, demos, pilots, and early onboarding activities across multiple European markets, working closely with internal technical teams and senior customer stakeholders to ensure technical readiness, consistency, and scalability.
