Descripción del empleo
Company Overview

We are a creative production company working at the intersection of fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, and culture.

Founded in New York, we are expanding across Europe and establishing a dedicated presence in Barcelona — a city with rapidly growing creative energy and strong ties to global fashion, design, and culture.

We partner with leading international brands, emerging designers, and visionary creative teams to deliver elevated visual content.

As we grow, we are building a dedicated Artist Representation division to champion photographers, directors, and multidisciplinary image‑makers shaping modern visual culture.

Position Overview

You are deeply connected to the creative scene — from luxury houses and global brands to top stylists, editors, agencies, and producers.

You have a proven ability to represent talent, secure high‑value creative opportunities, and build lasting industry relationships.

This role combines talent representation, strategic growth, and business development.

You will help define the roster, support artist careers, and build this division from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships across fashion, luxury, beauty, advertising, production, and editorial communities.
  • Represent and advocate for artists — securing campaigns, editorials, commercial content, digital work, and motion projects.
  • Identify and onboard new talent aligned with our creative and brand vision.
  • Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and contractual discussions.
  • Drive proactive outreach through portfolios, newsletters, decks, and strategic client communication.
  • Manage artist calendars, hold requests, and project pipelines.
  • Provide ongoing career and portfolio strategy support for talent.
  • Collaborate closely with production and post‑production teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting.
  • Attend industry events, fashion moments, exhibitions, portfolio reviews, openings, and cultural gatherings in Barcelona and across Europe.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years as a Photo Rep / Agent or senior talent‑management role in a creative, production, or editorial environment.
  • Established network across fashion, beauty, luxury, and advertising — particularly in Barcelona, Madrid, and wider European markets.
  • Proven track record securing bookings and driving artist growth.
  • Experience building or developing an artist roster.
  • Strong understanding of creative trends, luxury standards, and the visual culture landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful — comfortable building from scratch.
  • Highly organised with strong follow‑through and detail orientation.
  • Based in Barcelona with strong in‑person industry presence.
  • English fluency required; Spanish and / or Catalan strongly preferred.
What We Offer
  • Ground‑floor opportunity to build and lead our Barcelona representation division.
  • Competitive salary + performance‑based commission structure.
  • Access to strong production and creative resources.
  • Ability to help shape a modern, progressive artist roster.
  • Ambitious, global, collaborative culture.
