What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

As a Partner Account Executive dedicated to the Spanish market, you will be the engine behind the growth of our partnership program in Spain. Your mission :

identify, qualify, and acquire new partners

—it is a sales role focused on bringing agencies, resellers, and software vendor into the Spoki partner ecosystem.

You will :

  • Proactively source potential partners in Spain through outbound activities based on ICPs and verticals defined with the whole Sales team;
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads interested in joining Spoki’s partner program;
  • Clearly communicate the value of the partner program and partner panels to convert prospects into active partners;
  • Create high-quality first interactions, build interest, and lead partners through a smooth acquisition process;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and materials specific to the Spanish market;
  • Bring market insights and feedback to help evolve our partnership strategy in Spain;

Be the point of contact outside Spoki in Spain for Partner Program

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented professional with deep understanding of the Spanish digital and SaaS ecosystem. If you love building connections, identifying opportunities, and selling value, this role is for you.

  • Experience: 3–4+ years in sales, business development, or partner acquisition roles, ideally in SaaS or digital industries;
  • Language skills: Fluent English and Spanish (both required); Italian is a plus;
  • Strong relationship-building abilities: confident in running value-driven conversations at all levels;
  • Commercial mindset: structured, persuasive, and skilled in qualification and acquisition processes;
  • Proactive attitude: always seeking new opportunities, ideas, and ways to improve market penetration;
  • Resilience and adaptability: able to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-growing environment;
  • Ambition: Spoki is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for someone eager to drive our growth in Spain.

  • Introductory call to get to know each other;

  • Technical interview focused on sales and partner acquisition methods;

  • Final interview with the CEO and key managers

Work Policy for Barcelona

This is an on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona.

Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year).

The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager.

Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
