A telecommunications company in Spain is seeking an Italian-speaking professional to join their customer support team in Málaga. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience in related fields and will be responsible for assisting customers with issues, subscriptions, and upselling services. Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy
Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa
On-site position in Lisbon
Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday
40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
