The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience in related fields and will be responsible for assisting customers with issues, subscriptions, and upselling services. Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

• With Accommodation: 1050

• Without Accommodation: 1251

(Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.)

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (written & spoken)

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

• EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa

Location & Schedule

• On-site position in Lisbon

• Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday

• 40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
