A global healthcare company in Sant Cugat del Vallès is looking for an Organizational Development & People Strategy Senior Manager to shape organizational strategies and drive people initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in Organizational Development and strategic HR roles and holds a relevant degree. This position offers a hybrid work model and aims to improve organizational effectiveness and development.

The Organizational Development & People Strategy Senior Manager plays a key role in shaping how the organization operates, evolves, and enables the people function to deliver company goals.
This role combines strategic and hands‑on responsibilities across two dimensions:
Design, develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the global frameworks, methodologies, and tools for organizational effectiveness and governance.
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, structure, and capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategy and operating model principles.
Lead diagnostics and design reviews to identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and strengthen the organization.
Define metrics and measurement systems to assess organization health, productivity, and effectiveness.
Support capability building across the HR community on organization design, effectiveness, and change management practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expertise on organizational design and transformation dynamics.
Communicate complex organizational concepts in a simple, clear, and impactful way.
Support large‑scale transformation initiatives, including restructuring, integration, or organizational evolution projects.
Partner with the HR Senior Leadership Team to translate business strategy into people and organization priorities.
Co‑lead the development of the People Strategy, ensuring clear linkage between strategic intent and organizational implications.
Act as a thought partner for the HR Leadership Team in identifying organizational risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop materials and frameworks to deploy people strategy and internal governance.
In cooperation with the Data Analytics area, provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to enhance decision‑making on organizational and talent matters.
Serve as a project leader or key contributor in global OD and People Strategy projects, ensuring high‑quality execution and adoption.
Contribute to the deployment of the new governance and operating model designed through the OD area.
Ensure project governance, milestones, and deliverables are effectively managed and communicated.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide strategic support to pilot initiatives, proof‑of‑concept exercises, and continuous improvement loops.
Engage proactively with global and regional stakeholders to ensure organizational initiatives are understood, embraced, and embedded.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and leadership discussions to co‑create solutions and ensure buy‑in.

Proven experience driving organizational design and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
Experience working in or with Centers of Excellence or OD Consultancy firms is a plus.
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to connect strategic objectives to organization and people implications.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7‑10 to 16‑19h and Friday 8‑15h.
