Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in AI or complex SaaS environments.
• Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Own deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalation.
• Mentor teams and enforce accountability.

Conocimientos

Proven PM experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native platforms

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tools

Familiarity with SOC, ISO 27001, and IT governance

Scale-up mindset
