We are looking for Middle Java Engineer with strong knowledge in Java and Kotlin, available for minimum 50%. The goal is to build a unified, scalable ads platform. We are transforming a long-standing business application into a modern technology stack. Our goal is to build a modular monolith designed for scalability and future microservices separation. We follow hexagonal architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure clean, maintainable solutions.

This is you

A Middle Java Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience

Strong knowledge of JVM technologies, including modern Java and modern Kotlin

Experience in AdTech, ideally with DSP (Demand‑Side Platform) development

Good communication skills and a proactive approach English level: Upper‑Intermediate

Nice‑to‑have skills

• Previous experience working with high‑load systems
• Understanding of system design principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience collaborating with Senior, Principal Engineers, or Architects
• Ability to work in fast‑paced and dynamic environments
