• Minimum 5 years in application engineering or systems integration, ideally within industrial automation.
• Solid understanding of discrete and hybrid automation systems, including PLCs / PACs, VSDs, and HMI / SCADA software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead a team of pre-sales professionals and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Create and present product demonstrations and technical workshops.
