A global investment bank is seeking a senior Investment Banking professional to lead the Technology Platform in Spain. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Software & Tech Services M&A and a proven track record in deal origination. Responsibilities include executing sell-side transactions, managing teams through all phases of M&A, and developing business within Tech Services. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a familiarity with regulatory issues relevant to the sector.

The Role

We are seeking a senior Investment Banking professional to lead our

Technology Platform

in Spain. A successful candidate will have significant experience within Software & Tech Services M&A and a proven track record of deal origination.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and execute multiple sell-side transactions with IT Services & Tech clients.

Oversee deal teams through all phases of M&A transactions, including pitch development, financial analysis, marketing documentation (e.g., CIMs), buyer outreach, and diligence.

Attend and lead management presentations, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, and manage the transaction process through close.

Oversee financial modelling and valuation, and help refine internal deal execution best practices.

Lead business development efforts, including sourcing new mandates within Tech & Tech Services whilst cultivating relationships with PE / VC funds.

Collaborate with the wider TH Team to maximize reach.

Other Key Skills and Attributes :

Deep sector knowledge and strong relationships within Technology.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to lead cross‑functional, global teams.

Strong analytical and valuation expertise, with a hands‑on approach to deal execution.

Familiarity with key legal and regulatory issues relevant to Tech Services M&A.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, boutique environment.
