In this role, you will lead and optimize supply chain operations, manage a team of 5, and ensure product availability while collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in supply chain management and proficiency in SAP. Excellent organizational skills and leadership ability are essential. Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize supply chain operations for Make-Up, Skincare, and Home categories.
• Ensure continuity of supply and anticipate risks of shortages.
• Manage a team of 5 people based in Barcelona and Paris.
• Coordinate flows between suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics hubs.
• Set up contracts with outsourcing subcontractors.
• Implement KPIs and drive digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality Teams for compliance.
