We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international In-House Legal Team supporting Fevers fast-growing operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel LATAM you will play a key role in enabling Fevers continued regional expansion in LATAM.

As LATAM Legal Counsel you will provide proactive business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. Youll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development Tax Finance Product Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fevers continued growth across the region.

About the Role:

• Provide legal support across LATAM on commercial corporate and regulatory matters ensuring compliance and enabling business growth.
• Draft review and negotiate agreements in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Advise on corporate governance entity management and local legal requirements across LATAM jurisdictions.
• Partner with internal teams (Business Development Tax Finance Product Operations etc.) to provide clear actionable legal advice.
• Coordinate with external counsel and advisors in multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to legal templates playbooks and process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the region.
• Support ongoing compliance and risk management initiatives.

About You:

• Qualified lawyer in at least one LATAM jurisdiction (preferably Colombia Peru Mexico) ideally with experience managing cross-border matters in LATAM.
• 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial corporate or transactional law (in-house or at a top law firm).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive hands‑on and adaptable with a business-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international fast‑paced environment.
