Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the Northwestern region of Spain, particularly Galicia, is an asset.

The KAM is responsible for the implementation and execution of the activities of marketing and scientific information related to Grifols products in Spain, in alignment with the commercial strategy of the Company and in coordination with other departments.

The KAM of plasma products is aware of the reality of plasma derivative products, as well as other products offered through his business area, considered essential and only prescribed by hospitals.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Map and prioritize highest value accounts, developing and maintaining a solid strategy and relationships.
    • Up & downs with plasma derived products is a continuous challenge which needs of best possible, solid, and presently existing relationships with key clients, HCP, and other stakeholders
  • Work in coordination with internal teams, and other stakeholders to implement the integrated key account plan of action
    • Collaborate in the creation and execution of a statement tailored to the environment of plasma drugs in Spain, including the context of the Autonomous Communities.
    • The day-to-day delivery and availability of products, with different origins is a challenge that must be very well handled and explained to the key people of each account.
    • Manage execution of current portfolio and brand strategy plans.
    • For new launches: specific support to Market Access dept. in the introduction of new products in the different Autonomous Regions adapting strategy to the different regional policies.
  • Execute transparently and cross-functionally
    • Organize and or participate in regular team meetings to review and discuss account progress and share account insights.
    • Update account management information and use others information using the Salesforce platform, improving visibility of plan status to team members.
  • Organize and or participate in regular team meetings to review and discuss account progress and share account insights
    • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Metrics and KPI’s are defined to monitor sales objectives, product adoption and activities execution. - Annually collect accurate and complete market information (market size, competitors, etc.) for the Grifols Business Intelligence market database.
  • Support Grifols Contract Manufacturing Director (CMD)
    • Work in coordination with the CMD for needed direct support with and to Blood Banks - Direct support in F2F meetings - Follow up of needs and service related issues
Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare or life sciences field (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar). Other academic backgrounds will also be considered based on relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Management or Sales role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or hospital sector.
  • Knowledge of the Northwestern region of Spain, particularly Galicia, will be considered a strong asset
  • Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
