Your Mission

You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas and bold thinking to optimize payroll operations and elevate the client experience. The mission is to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll management for international clients while fostering strong relationships and delivering a seamless experience. You will leverage digital tools and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management : Manage payroll processes for international clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare necessary reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and implement necessary changes
  • Client Relations : Serve as point of contact for payroll-related matters for international clients
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and support
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to payroll issues
  • Conduct client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new clients
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving payroll processes and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations
  • Utilize digital tools and technologies to streamline payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the accounting and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll services
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote continuous learning and development
Who We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations (Relaciones Laborales), or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing payroll for international clients
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulation in Spain
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and digital tools (preferably A3)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM
  • Project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
