Formación

• Experience in IT service management or IT product manager role is desired.
• Technical understanding of multimedia and web conferencing technologies.
• Ability to negotiate in English and some German or French appreciated.
• Open-minded with a focus on self-awareness and transparency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global health of IPT and web conferencing services.
• Support product manager in RUN and BUILD activities.
• Perform RUN activities with IT operation specialists.
• Define and implement regular improvements.
• Document the scope of activities and manage relationships.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions.
