A well-established company in Zaragoza is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory levels and ensure all products are accounted for. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse management, knowledge of heavy machinery, and excellent English communication skills. Competitive salary up to 33,000€ per annum is offered.

Formación

• Fluent in English to business standard is essential.
• Previous experience in warehouse/yard management is required.
• Knowledge of how to operate heavy machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory levels for upcoming events and ensure all products are accounted for.
• Enter inventory into the system accurately.
• Organise and reposition products to maintain a safe and tidy yard.
• Provide support with advertisement of products for quick turnover.
• Coordinate the movement of products for events using a forklift.

Inventory Coordinator
Location: Zaragoza, Spain
Salary: up to 33000€ per annum

Main duties:
To have full control of the inventory in the yard.

The role:
– To manage inventory levels for upcoming events and ensure all products are accounted for
– To enter inventory into the system accurately
– To organise and reposition products accordingly to maintain a safe and tidy yard
– To provide support with advertisement of products to enable quick turnover
– To coordinate the movement of products when needed for events using a forklift (training provided)
– To manage enquiries from vendors and clients
