Formación

PolyWorks Europa is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join its Spain subsidiary team. This position offers exciting professional challenges, allowing you to work with our Spanish customers and build a career in a company that cares about its employees.

Responsibilities
  • Contact existing software users in Spain to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers.
  • Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings.
  • Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations.
  • Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team.
  • Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth.
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers.
  • Possess strong communication skills, particularly by telephone and e-mail.
  • Know how to negotiate and influence positively.
  • Be comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
  • Show strong organizational skills.
  • Be fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English spoken and written (proficiency in Portuguese is a plus).
