As an Implementation Service Technician you will be the driving force behind this pivotal phase or craft complex customized projects that turn blueprints into operational reality within our data centers.

You will be the single point of accountability leading cross‑functional teams and managing the complete project lifecycle. From initial planning to final handover you will ensure every technical detail is executed flawlessly on time within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your Mission: Key Responsibilities
  • Lead End‑to‑End Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate and execute technically complex customer implementation projects acting as the central hub for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate Resources: Directly manage and allocate work to technicians, engineers, subcontractors and security teams ensuring optimal resource utilization and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Be the Customer Champion: Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing all communications, coordinating on‑site activities and securing necessary approvals to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Govern Budgets & Compliance: Track project budgets rigorously, align costs with service pricing models and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Ensure Seamless Transition: Oversee all project documentation for accuracy and facilitate a smooth operational handover to the Service Operations team upon completion.
Your Profile: Skills & Qualifications
Essential Experience & Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience within a technical critical environment such as data centers, telecommunications or industrial engineering.
  • A background in managing implementations including subcontractor coordination, budgeting, KPI tracking and detailed reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or an equivalent certified electro‑technical or mechanical qualification.
  • Understanding of electrotechnical systems; knowledge of cooling generators or fiber optics is a distinct advantage.
  • Good in technical documentation, project reporting and advanced MS Office tools.
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
