A global powertrain solutions leader is seeking an HR Digital support specialist to enhance the user experience with SAP SuccessFactors. The role entails managing HRIS support tickets, providing Level 1 support globally, and improving HR digital tools. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, strong service orientation, and excellent English; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish is a plus. As part of the HR Digital team, you will act as the first point of contact for HR employees worldwide regarding SAP SuccessFactors. Your mission is to ensure a smooth user experience, support HR teams in their daily activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR digital tools and data quality.

What you will do
  • Monitor and manage HRIS support tickets, ensuring proper prioritization and follow‑up.
  • Provide first class Employee Experience, driving seamless service and a can‑do attitude.
  • Provide Level 1 functional support to HR users on SAP SuccessFactors globally.
  • Support users with system navigation, how‑to questions, and best practices.
  • Identify and elevate bugs, incidents, and functional improvement needs.
  • Collect business requirements and coordinate with HR centre of excellence and HRIS experts.
  • Animate the HR Digital Community along with the HR Digital managers (newsletter, monthly meetings, training materials).
  • Contribute to data quality initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Support the HR Digital managers in evolving Success Factors and the delivery of the HR campaigns.
  • Actively participate in HR and IT Digital meetings on SF contributing to the long‑term success and usage of the tool.
What we’re looking for
  • A proven track record of 2 years supporting SAP SuccessFactors with HR background.
  • Outstanding SAP SSSFF Employee Central skills.
  • Strong service‑oriented with international communication and digital mindset skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
  • Exposure to Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and/or Analytics & Reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Turkish or Chinese would be an advantage.
