What you’ll do

You’ll focus on delivering outstanding HR support across multiple countries, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and driving process improvements. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll guide employees and managers through systems and policies, resolve queries on compensation, benefits, and leave, and ensure accurate data handling in global HR processes.

You’ll also play a key role in harmonizing and digitalizing HR operations, contributing ideas and participating in initiatives that make processes simpler and more efficient for our employees and teams.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to Own this role. Someone with strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or customer service in a global setting
  • Fluent in English with good Spanish; proficiency in German, Dutch, or Norwegian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
