A recruitment consulting firm in Spain is seeking a Human Resource Manager to develop systems for payroll processing, coordinate timekeeping, and supervise a team of payroll clerks. Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third‑party payments). Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems. Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistants.
