Position overview

The Human Resources Operations Analyst ensures a complete HR service is delivered to the business to create an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes business excellence and ongoing development.

Key responsibilities
  • Acting as a Business Partner and an expert resource on local laws and regulations / issues that influence the business.
  • Ensuring the utilization and improvement of HR core processes.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in managing performance, development, and career processes.
  • Organizing trainings, taking necessary recordings, and evaluations.
  • Serving as user and administrator of SAP HR and HR Portal.
  • Managing onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports including overtime, absenteeism, recruitment, and HR updates.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in ensuring good communication, employee feedback, creating a sustainable talent pipeline, and recruiting the best-fit candidates for current vacancies.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in formulating and managing business growth strategies.
  • Preparing payroll input files, collaborating with outsourced payroll providers, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring salaries are paid accurately and on time.
What we are looking for
  • A university degree or relevant experience in HR.
  • 1 to 3 years of operational HR experience.
  • Relevant internship or practice experience in HR is highly valued.
  • Good knowledge of recruiting, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
  • Understanding of payroll management processes and local labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
