This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision-making.

Expanded Key Responsibilities
1. Recovery‑Sensitive Guest Experience
  • Create and maintain a calm, predictable, and emotionally safe living environment

  • Therapy sessions (individual & group)
  • Wellness activities (yoga, fitness, mindfulness, bodywork)
  • Medical or clinical appointments with external providers
  • Ensure punctuality, smooth transitions, and minimal stress for clients
  • Act as the operational point of contact between clients, therapists, wellness providers, and drivers
  • Adapt schedules in response to client condition, energy levels, or recovery needs (within approved plans)

Note: This role coordinates logistics only and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical guidance.

3. Supervision of Wellness & Therapeutic Departments
  • Oversee daily operations of all non‑clinical therapeutic and wellness services, including:
  • Wellness practitioners
  • Fitness and movement instructors
  • Yoga, meditation, breathwork facilitators
  • Massage and bodywork providers
  • Ensure practitioners adhere to Oasis standards, ethics, and recovery‑sensitive conduct
  • Coordinate schedules, space usage, and session flow
  • Monitor quality, client feedback, and alignment with recovery goals
4. Accommodation & Facility Operations
  • Full responsibility for residential units, communal spaces, and outdoor areas
  • Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams
  • Ensure facilities support recovery needs (quiet zones, privacy, safety, aesthetics)
  • Maintain high luxury hospitality standards at all times
5. Food, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coordination
  • Coordinate meal services with chefs and nutrition partners
  • Ensure alignment with recovery‑supportive nutrition plans and dietary restrictions
  • Oversee meal timing in harmony with therapy schedules
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and wellness feedback
6. Staff Leadership & Recovery‑Aware Training
  • Recruit, train, and manage hospitality and wellness support staff
  • Ensure all staff understand:
    • Addiction and mental health sensitivity
    • Boundaries with clients
    • Crisis awareness and escalation protocols
  • Foster a calm, respectful, and highly professional team culture
7. Cross‑Functional Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with:

    • Case managers
    • External clinics and therapists
    • Senior management
  • Provide daily operational updates and incident reports when necessary
  • Support arrivals, departures, and transitions with heightened sensitivity

  • Strong operational coordination and people‑management skills
  • High emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilience
  • Experience working with HNWI / UHNWI clientele
  • Absolute discretion and ethical integrity

The successful candidate must understand that:

  • Guests are clients in recovery, not tourists
  • Structure, routine, and calm operations are part of the recovery process
  • Emotional sensitivity, boundaries, and predictability are critical
  • Hospitality decisions can directly impact mental and emotional stability
