A growing technology firm in Madrid seeks a proactive IT Support professional to assist with daily operations. Responsibilities include providing first-level technical support, managing user accounts, and ensuring office IT needs are met. Formación

  • Fluent in Spanish - English (B2+).
  • Previous experience in office support, administrative roles, IT Support / Helpdesk.

Would you like to apply your technical knowledge while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic and growing office?

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented person who can provide basic IT support to users while assisting with the day-to-day management of the office.

Main responsibilities:
  • IT Support (Helpdesk L1): Provide first-level technical support for users (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Record all maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Assist the IT team with preventive maintenance and general support tasks.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in IT support.
  • IT Support of meetings, visits, and internal events.
  • Receive and handle deliveries, mail, and packages.
  • Act as a point of contact for general office needs and staff requests.
Requirements:
  • CFGM in Sysadmin or similar
  • Previous experience in office support, administrative roles, IT Support / Helpdesk
  • Fluent in Spanish - English (B2+)
  • Communication skills, customer contact. A good team player.
  • Truckloads of motivation, positivity and enthusiasm
