A creative design agency in Spain is seeking a Graphic Designer to take charge of the design process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include creating graphics, guiding project styles, and engaging with clients for design feedback. The compensation is €1500 net per month plus bonuses.

Formación

• At least 3 years of design experience.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Introduction

The Graphic Designer and creator at our agency will wear many hats. This role is perfect for someone who loves design and isn't afraid to dive into the work head-first. You'll guide the creative side of things and also bring those ideas to life with your own hands.

What You'll Do

Design It Yourself

• Handle the design work from start to finish.
• Create graphics, videos, and web designs for various tasks.

Guide the Look

• Set the style and feel for our agency's projects.
• Keep an eye on what's new in design and suggest fresh ideas.

Talk to Clients

• Chat with clients to get a sense of what they want.
• Show them your designs and tweak based on feedback.

Stay Organized

• Keep track of projects, timelines, and tasks.
• If we work with outside help, make sure they're on the right track.

What You Should Have

Education

• A degree in Design or something similar. Extra courses or degrees are a bonus.

Experience

• At least 3 years designing cool stuff.
• A history of handling a project from idea to finish.

Skills

• Know your way around design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Animation / Motion Design Skills
• Be good at explaining your ideas and listening to others.

Your Traits

• Be a self-starter and ready to jump in.
• Solve problems creatively.
• Handle changes well and keep a positive attitude.

Who You'll Report To

You’ll be in touch with and report to the Founder or Head of Marketing.

Pay & Perks
