A leading energy solutions provider is looking for a Global Supplier Development Engineer to ensure high-quality materials from suppliers while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This role involves implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, managing supplier evaluations, and driving continuous improvement across the supply base. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in supplier quality management. This position requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills, with international travel expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier development and quality management.
• Experience with transformer industry relevant materials and components production is a strong advantage.
• Proficient with Quality and Continuous Improvement tools and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supplier qualification process and conduct on-site audits.
• Implement improvement actions at suppliers based on audit findings.
• Monitor supplier performance indicators and drive Supplier Performance Evaluation.
