What will you do in this role?

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes : client intake, profile definition, sourcing strategy, interviews, shortlists, offers, and closing.

Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter / Lite, Boolean / X-ray searches, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Act as a strategic partner to clients : lead follow-up meetings, manage feedback, and align expectations.

Conduct structured interviews to deeply understand candidate profiles.

Maintain healthy pipelines in the ATS with updated information, notes, and key metrics (Time-to-Shortlist, Submittal-to-Hire, Fill Rate).
