Your role

You will be working on a project with relatively simple processes, but accuracy is essential. Your responsibilities include dealing with questions from credit card holders and ensuring the security and protection of credit card data. Identity verification, answering questions, and explaining possible steps to follow are core tasks.

There is a training program covering all aspects of the job, with a focus on privacy-related themes. The training lasts 5 days, including 1 day of practical training.

Daily tasks
  • Blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards
  • Handling inquiries from credit card holders and ensuring the security of credit card information
  • Identity verification, answering questions, and explaining steps involved
  • Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking credit cards
  • Handling claims files
