A global talent management firm is seeking a German Customer Advisor to join their team in Barcelona. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring high satisfaction. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and has prior customer support experience. About the job German Customer Advisor - Barcelona

Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets? Do you have excellent communication skills in German? Our client has a diverse portfolio of projects within the Customer Support sector and is actively looking for German-speaking individuals to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about customer service and are eager to be part of a growing, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in German (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is a plus
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and Proactive
  • Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
  • Abroad Relocation package on offer
  • Able to immediate start (the projects will start from the 12th of August, onwards)

  • Full time (40h/week) + 2 Days OFF
