We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Full Stack Developer

with a strong background in modern web technologies and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, leading a team of developers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

Responsabilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Angular 20, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
• Architect and implement Microfrontend solutions with a product-oriented mindset, integrating multiple frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, UX / UI, and QA—to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (v20), Nest.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Microfrontends architecture and the integration of multiple frameworks / libraries.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and drive team performance.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in product-oriented development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of additional backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
