A leading recruitment firm is seeking freelance recruiters to support their Executive Search & Headhunting team. The role offers 100% remote work and flexible hours, where you can work independently or join the team. Candidates must be results-oriented, possess a strong technical recruiting background in various roles including IT & AI, and be fluent in English. The position is contract-based under a No Cure, No Pay model, demanding high commitment from applicants.

🚀 This role is responsible for supporting the Executive Search & Headhunting team at high standards!

We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asiaand LATAM!

You willheadhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clausefor our open vacancies and get an attractivecommission scheme!

IMPORTANT : WE EXPECT FROM OUR HEADHUNTERS A HIGH LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AND TO BE 100% RESULT-ORIENTED : If you are not going to commit to the assigned projects a few hours a week, please do not apply!

✅ Experience working with Government-related positions

✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)

✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
