Who you are

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in fraud detection, risk management, customer service, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
