Formación

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standards is consistently delivered.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to the opening hour of service.
  • Have a strong knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B activities, updating this knowledge as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and data entry to support the F&B department.
  • Participate in Hosts training sessions and meetings to improve knowledge of operational processes.
  • Assist in coordinating events, private functions, and special services across all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist in stock-taking and inventory checks to ensure that all F&B supplies are maintained adequately.
  • Support the management team in preparing reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial tracking.
  • Actively monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensure follow-up on any feedback received.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional communication and a seamless guest experience.
  • Understand menu prices and actively suggest upselling when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks will be maintained and exceeded consistently.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and consistently respond to guest feedback and comments.

Skills And Experience

To execute the position of Food & Beverage Management trainee, I have the required qualifications, technical skills with proven results. I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively.

Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies on discounts/food promotion etc.

I am familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.

I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.
