The project

As a Fashion Planner Coordinator, you will oversee the sales and pricing strategy across the full-price and outlet networks, driving revenue growth through price optimization, inventory efficiency, and promotional effectiveness, while protecting margins and leveraging price elasticity insights to maximize overall commercial performance.

What will the role entail?
  • Develop seasonal sales and inventory plans by channel, category, and store.
  • Analyze pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sell-through and gross margin.
  • Conduct price elasticity analysis to define optimal discount depth and timing.
  • Monitor promotional performance and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage inventory flow between full-price and outlet channels to optimize profitability and reduce stock aging.
  • Track key KPIs including sell-through, markdown cost, inventory turnover, and promotional ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Marketing, Finance, Retail Operations, and Visual Merchandising teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced/native English and Spanish required. French is a strong advantage.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on project management.
