Formación

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of facility and warehouse management across our Iberian operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in logistics or industrial environments and be skilled in managing resources, processes and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of all operational sites.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have
  • Stock and consumables management : Monitor and manage stock levels and ensure the availability of all consumables required for daily warehouse operations.
  • Operational procurement support : Collaborate closely with the Procurement team for the purchasing of materials, tools and services related to warehouse operations.
  • Vendor coordination : Manage relationships and contracts with external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security etc.) ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Facility and infrastructure maintenance : Oversee the condition and functionality of all facilities including buildings, utilities and common areas, coordinating regular maintenance and addressing repairs.
  • Safety and compliance : Work alongside the HSE (Health Safety & Environment) team to ensure all facilities are compliant with local regulations and corporate safety standards.
  • Budget and cost control : Manage facility-related budgets and identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Continuous improvement projects : Lead and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, sustainability and operational performance.
  • New site setup and support : Assist in the opening, closing or relocation of warehouses ensuring operational readiness from a facility standpoint.
Well what will the requirements be
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably within logistics or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management processes and warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience managing service providers and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Spain and Portugal.
