The role involves providing HR guidance to managers, managing employee relations, and overseeing benefit programs across various countries, including Spain. Responsabilidades

  • Provide HR guidance to team members and managers.
  • Partner with managers for employee relations advice.
  • Manage benefit programs for EMEA locations.
  • Support full life-cycle of HR including onboarding.
  • Produce data-driven reports for HR initiatives.
