A leading digital marketing agency in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Strategist to shape digital strategies for their clients in the Benelux region. You will onboard and manage clients, develop PPC campaigns, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or Communications, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or account management. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of €24,000 to €30,000 gross per year, plus a bonus and relocation support.

As a Dutch-speaking Account Strategist, you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic, tech-driven market.
Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
Dutch C2 + English B2 -C1
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client-facing roles.
Strong understanding of the Benelux market and cultural nuances.
Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
Proactive, target-driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hrs/week).
Salary: €24,000 to €30,000 gross/year (depending on experience)+ up to €3,408 gross/year bonus
