A luxury hospitality operator is seeking a Director of Hospitality to oversee the guest experience across their destinations. This role requires expertise in hospitality leadership, guest journey design, and premium service standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in high-end environments, excellent command of English, and a natural leadership style. Responsibilities include team coaching, operational governance, and creating signature guest experiences. Travel across the Schengen Area is required.

Formación

• 5+ years in Hospitality Leadership or Operational Management in luxury environments.
• Ability to structure and optimise hospitality operations effectively.
• Excellent command of English; French is advantageous.

Director of Hospitality

The Director of Hospitality is responsible for the overall guest experience across the Domaine. The role ensures that every interaction, space and service is aligned with the group's brand standards, guaranteeing operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, and, depending on the organisational structure, accommodation‑related food and beverage services. This is both a strategic and hands‑on leadership role, focused on coordinating teams, structuring services, elevating standards and ensuring a seamless guest journey for members, owners, families, golfers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Villa Services
• Team development, coaching, recruitment and retention aligned with brand culture
• Service excellence, SOP implementation and quality control across all guest touchpoints
• End‑to‑end guest journey design and experience management
• Creation and delivery of signature experiences and service rituals
• High‑level guest, member and VIP relationship management
• Incident handling, feedback management and service recovery
• Cross‑department coordination and operational governance
• Organisational design, scheduling and process optimisation
• KPI tracking, performance analysis and continuous improvement
• Budget oversight and cost‑efficient hospitality operations

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• 5+ years proven experience in Hospitality Leadership or Operational Management within a high‑end or luxury environment
• Strong expertise in Guest Journey design and premium service standards
• Demonstrated ability to structure, organise and optimise complex hospitality operations
• Natural leadership style with the ability to inspire, engage and unite teams
• Excellent command of English; French is a strong advantage
• High level of discretion, tact and confidentiality
• Unrestricted travel availability across the Schengen Area
