Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage provides strategic leadership and overall direction for all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, banquets and minibar. This role is a key member of the hotel leadership team and is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational excellence, cost control and the development of a high‑performing Food & Beverage team, in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
Our ideal Director of Food & Beverage candidate will have a true passion for excellence in service and product, a strong desire to develop people, and the ability to bring creativity, energy and a personal touch to every Food & Beverage experience. You should have at least five to seven years of experience in a variety of Food & Beverage management roles, with previous hotel opening experience considered a strong advantage.
Permanent contract, full time (40 hours per week), with rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
