Capital Markets Quants (CMQ) represents JLLs innovative approach to Real Estate Capital Markets leveraging cutting-edge AI and data intelligence through our global platform.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in models (Financial Traditional AI Gen AI) and product innovation to join our CMQ team. This role is perfect for someone who has built impactful models in financial services proptech or fintech environments and wants to revolutionize how commercial real estate advisory is originated and executed.

Youll be instrumental in creating and scaling AI-powered solutions that directly support our real estate experts and enhance our Capital Markets Group capabilities. This role combines hands-on model development with product strategy requiring someone who can translate complex analytical insights into practical tools that drive business results.

Based in our Madrid office youll collaborate with diverse global teams while maintaining the agility and innovative mindset of a startup within JLLs established platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and quant models that enhance our brokers capabilities in deal origination client advisory and market intelligence
• Build end-to-end solutions and prototypes working closely with technology partners to scale successful proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with Capital Markets Group teams globally to identify opportunities where AI can create competitive advantages and improve client outcomes
• Collaborate in creating data-driven insights for CMG leadership and strategic clients
• Drive product innovation by applying entrepreneurial thinking to solve complex real estate challenges
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate market needs into technical requirements and deliverable solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience building AI and quant models in financial services real estate technology fintech or related domains
• Product experience ideally in innovative environments (both corporate and start-ups welcome)
• Strong in Python SQL and modern ML frameworks; experience with cloud platforms preferred (Databricks would be a plus)
• Proven track record of taking models from concept to business implementation in fast-paced autonomous environments
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities and collaborative team approach
• Fluent in professional English; Spanish would be a plus
