Job Overview
Take on a strategic and impactful role leading the Industrial RTLS division for Iberia. As a Regional Sales Manager at HID Global, you will be the go‑to expert for leading companies in Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Vehicle and other Manufacturing segments. Your mission will be to improve safety, quality and efficiency of their operations using cutting‑edge indoor localization technologies and Digital Twin software.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the market, develop local partner ecosystem, and close complex deals with multiple C‑level stakeholders in manufacturing and intralogistics.
- Work with fast‑growing marketing, sales and customer experience teams that combine a scale‑up mindset with global corporation stability and brand.
- Own revenue growth for HID Industrial RTLS solutions in Spain and Portugal.
- Act as a trusted advisor to industrial customers: understand their processes, identify use cases, and translate them into high‑value RTLS and digitalization projects.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and CX teams to deliver compelling demos, pilots, and value‑based proposals.
- Build territory strategy and maintain a sharp, reliable pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Demonstrate 5+ years in B2B tech/industrial sales or pre‑sales (SaaS, IIoT, Industrial Digitalization, complex solutions, Lean) consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Show proven success in consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales with large industrial or manufacturing customers.
- Have experience with Industry 4.0, MES/WMS/ERP, Lean or digital factory projects – a plus.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.
Qualifications
