Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive - Sportsbook at Rank International, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and optimisation of our digital marketing efforts. You will also have to promote our company's products and services through various channels. You will need to develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of plans to build lasting digital connections with our customers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, X, etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, SEO strategy, image optimization, etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update blogs
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to improve assets and user-experience (UX)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console, Tag Manager, FullStory etc)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
• Schedule tasks for creative teams in JIRA
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with good English communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing for Sports Betting and/or Casino
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing campaigns and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, display & mobile app advertising, and SEO/SEM
• Experience in PPC and programmatic advertising
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools like AdForm and Yahoo
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web-Trends, AdWords, Optimizer, Tag Manager etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about marketing, sports and own work
• Positive attitude, adapts well and approaches new ways of working enthusiastically;
• Team player with good stakeholder management abilities
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
• Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for the organisation
